Thank you for your purchase.

Exchange or return refund

Products can be returned within 30 days of receipt. New products can be exchanged for other products or returned for a refund.

To qualify, make sure.

- The product is in its original packaging

- The product has not been used or damaged

Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

To return a product, please submit an item change request to Customer Service via service@yicoll.com.

Most returns will be processed within 5 business days after we receive your package.

If we make a refund to your payment account without prior notice, we will refund your wallet within a few days. The wallet balance can be used on your next purchase or withdrawn to your payment account. When your refund is issued, you will receive a confirmation email.

We will not accept any requests for exchanges and returns once the Specials are sold out.

Purchases are not eligible for returns:

- Items that are ultimately sold are not eligible for return or exchange.

- Items are not eligible for return or exchange.

- Items can only be returned/exchanged in case of defect/damage or error.

- You must email us an image showing the problem/defect when submitting a return/exchange request.

After you receive confirmation from our customer service, please send the product together with the product list including the product ID. A tracking number for the returned package is required; we process product exchanges or refunds once we receive your returned package.

Damaged items

If you receive a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.

Order cancellation

If you cancel your order within 24 hours of your purchase, a full refund will be provided.

Once you have decided to cancel your order, you should submit a cancellation request to our customer service at service@yicoll.com.

For orders canceled 24 hours after purchase but not shipped, we will offer a partial refund after charging a 5% cancellation fee.

If an order has already been shipped, we will not accept requests to cancel an order.

Refund (if applicable)

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email informing you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of approval or rejection of a refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed and the credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within 7 to 15 business days.

If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially received. Next contact your bank. There is usually a processing time before a refund.
